Puri, who gave a blockbuster movie like Smart Shankar, made a Liger movie with the same Josh at pan India level. Moreover, he acted as a producer for this too. This movie is reminiscent of a Tamil girl story of Amma Nanna. As everyone expected, when Ramya Krishna fell in love with Mike Tice, their son was Liger. Mike Tyson, who came on a job, falls in love with Ramyakrishna and cohabits with her. A liger born in this way bears some resemblance to his father. He also wants to become a big boxer in India. He goes to Mumbai with the help of his mother.

There he falls in love with the rich Ananya Pandey. It is in this sequence that Liger gets a good name in India. After that, he will go to America once. There Mike Tyson enters the life of a liger. What will happen between these two, what is the past of Balamani (Ramya Krishna) will start from here. All these must be seen in theatres.

Liger Movie Cast

Vijay Devarokonda gives life to each character. He also worked very hard for this liger. From his body makeover, he acted well as a man with a stutter. Otherwise, in a Puri film, one has to show anger while showing emotion toward the other. Here and there Manodu failed a bit in this regard. There is no more to say about Ramya Krishna. It is called Balamani. Her performance in the role of a powerful mother is amazing. It must be said that Puri could not use an international star like Mike Tyson well. His character has no depth. The rest of them did well in their roles.

Puri Jagannath’s mark will definitely be in this movie. If not, the story should be shown more strongly. Puri failed there. Instead of driving the story around the hero, he rotates the characters around the story. But it would have been better if the story had more depth. It is as if the characters were written to make the film rich. And Vishnu Sharma showed the film rich in a range. His cinematography is good. Junaid Siddiqui failed once again in editing. There is nothing special to say about the songs. They did not impress much from the beginning.

Huge expectations were created for Liger from the beginning. It must be said that what they said and what they showed did not sync much. The first half of this movie is natural. But the second hop was not so impressive. Especially the pre-climax and climax are very bad. Puri wanted to show something new. That is why he brought the negative climax. With that, the audience’s opinion of the film will also have a very negative feeling. The climax is very important for any movie. 

The success of the movie depends a lot on it. Now that’s what Puri missed. Bad writing and bad screenplay make the audience angry. In this Vijay acted well as per his role regardless of the story. But it doesn’t connect much with the audience when they see the rest of the story. So it did well at the box office. Because of the out-of-sync scenes, the audience does not understand where the story is going and what is actually happening. Overall this movie is an utter flop.
