The Ghost
Nagarjuna The Ghost Film Completed Censor Formalities: King Nagarjuna’s ‘The Ghost’ movie, which is coming on October 5 as a Dussehra gift, has also completed the censor formalities. Censor members have issued a U/A certificate for this movie. Meanwhile, Sonali Chauhan, who played the lead in this movie, interacted with the media on Saturday.
Speaking about her latest film ‘The Ghost’, Sonali Chauhan, who had a cameo role in this year’s ‘F3’, said, “The entire industry has taken a break due to Covid. I am doing some projects in Hindi. But Telugu is my first love. Director Praveen Sattaru felt very thrilled when he told this story. Excited to know that Nagarjuna has this project.
I feel fortunate to be a part of this project. He appears as an Interpol officer in this. It is a physically and mentally challenging role. This is the first time in my career doing such a role. I trained specially for this role. I got MMA training along with the action. But on the second day of training, I fractured my toe. I thought it was a minor injury. If you go to the doctor, they tell you to take an X-ray.

I rested for a few days and started training again. I am familiar with guns as my father is a police officer. But for this film, I took special training in handling, loading, and handling big weapons like AK 47. It lasted for almost two months. I also paid special attention to dialogue diction. It is a film that gave me a lot of satisfaction as an actress. I enjoyed the shooting a lot. It was a great pleasure to work with a dream team. My role in this is really a dream role. I have worked very hard on this film. After watching the film, I feel that I will believe that I can do diverse roles, not just glamorous roles,” she said.
Talking about working with Nagarjuna, “Working with Nagarjuna was a dream. That dream came true with this movie. I am a big fan of Nagarjuna. I felt a bit nervous when I met him. But after talking for ten minutes all my fear was gone. Nagarjuna was a very great person. Acting with him was an unforgettable experience. Nagarjuna is the king of romance. We see our chemistry in the song ‘Vegam…’. In fact, I want to make a good romantic film with Nagarjuna.”

Talking about his film journey, he said, “I don’t have any film background. I come from a very traditional Rajput family. Apart from acting, it’s great for us to get out of the house. I came into the industry when I knew nothing. I learned everything here. There are ups and downs in life. The industry itself has taught us how to take them. Both films are under discussion. The details will be known soon,” she said.
