Online the official trailer for Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire, the eagerly awaited new Netflix film by Zack Snyder (Army of the Dead), arriving on the streaming platform on December 22nd. Rebel Moon is the new science fiction saga created by Snyder and in the cast, we find Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, together with Charlie Hunnam, and Anthony Hopkins as the voice of Jimmy. Rebel Moon is an epic science-fantasy event that took decades to create. The armies of the tyrannical Regent Balisarius threaten a peaceful settlement on a moon at the edge of the universe. Here the mysterious foreigner Kora (Sofia Boutella) becomes the only hope of survival and is tasked with finding skilled fighters to face with her the impossible task of fighting such a powerful adversary.
Kora gathers a handful of warriors into a small band made up of outcasts, rebels, farmers, and war orphans from numerous planets and united by a great desire to redeem themselves and take revenge. After crash-landing on a moon at the edge of the universe, Kora (Sofia Boutella), a mysterious stranger with an enigmatic past, begins a new life in a peaceful farming settlement. But he soon becomes their only hope of salvation when the tyrannical Regent Balisarius (Fra Fee) and his cruel emissary Admiral Noble (Ed Skrein) discover that the farmers have unwittingly sold their harvest to the Bloodaxe (Cleopatra Coleman and Ray Fisher ), leader of a fierce group of rebels hunted by the Mother World.
Together with Gunnar, a tender-hearted farmer who is unaware of what war is, Kora is tasked with tracking down fighters ready to risk their lives for the people of Vedt. So the two reach different worlds in search of the Bloodaxe and bring together a small band of warriors united by a great desire to redeem themselves: the mercenary pilot and killer Kai (Charlie Hunnam), the legendary General Titus (Djimon Hounsou), the expert swordsman Nemesis ( Doona Bae), the noble-born prisoner Tarak (Staz Nair) and Milius (E. Duffy), a resistance fighter.
Meanwhile, in Veldt the android protector Jimmy (with the voice of Anthony Hopkins in the original) secretly awakens with a new objective.
