Premalu Movie Review: The Malayalam movie Premalu directed by Girish AD has become a topic of discussion. This movie, which was made with a budget of only around 10 crores, collected 50 crores in Malayalam. And Naslen K. Ghafoor – Mamita Baiju acted in key roles, this movie has become the talk of the movie industry. Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya released this movie in Telugu. Let’s see how this movie is in the review.

Premalu Movie Story:

Sachin (Naslen K. Gafoor) from Kerala completes his engineering. Due to his shyness, he can’t propose to the girl he loves in college and gets distant. After graduation, he plans to go to London, but his visa is rejected. But Sachin is not willing to stay in his hometown due to love failure on the one hand and visa missing on the other. He asks his friend Amal Davis (Sangeet Pratap) to help him in this matter. Amal Davis, who is planning to go to GATE coaching in Hyderabad, takes Sachin with him.

On the other side, Reenu (Mamita Baiju) from Kerala comes to Hyderabad for a software job. In this sequence, Sachin falls in love with Reena at first sight. But Adi (Shyam Mohan) who likes Reenu is obstructing Sachin in everything. And will Sachin express his love to Reena this time? Has Reenu accepted Sachin’s lack of ideal husband qualities? What did Adi do in the middle? If you want to know such things, you have to watch this movie.

Premalu Movie Analysis:

As a story, this is not a miracle. What if two people with different mindsets who have just completed engineering fall in love? This movie was opened with the line. Dealing with such films is like a sword. But Girish with his experience of past films has brought it very cleanly without indulging in any indecency and brought it to the audience to be appreciated by all age groups. In these days when we are looking for a comedy for comedy too, the makers have succeeded in making us laugh out loud with the innocent words spoken by the characters on occasion.

The comedy taken from our everyday conversations gives a fresh feel. Especially the chemistry between Sachin and Amal worked out well. It reminds us of a best friend we all have. There is no intimate romance between Sachin and Renu even though it is advertised as a romantic comedy. Their funny words and looks take you to another world as if it’s all in the eyes. But the interesting thing is that after the story shifts to Hyderabad, the places that come will surprise you even more. Because the director has succeeded in making Hyderabad so beautiful.

Premalu Movie Actors Performance:

Naslen Ghaffar has got a good role as the innocent Sachin who is looking for love. And Manodu did full justice to this role. Naslen is so convincing in the role of Sachin that many of the guys can relate to him. On the other hand, Mamita Baiju in the role of Renu is very cute on screen. Reenu’s cute intimate romance with Sachin’s character is a treat to watch. Sangeet Pratap as Amal. Akhila Bhargavan who played the role of Kartika was also impressive. Shyam Mohan’s role as Adi also has a good acting scope.

And the rest of the actors acted impressively according to the scope of their roles. When it comes to the technical team, Vishnu Vijay’s music is good. ‘Telangana Dolls’ designed by KG Marcos felt special. And Ajmal Sabu’s cinematography is good, if we see Hyderabad in the visuals, is this the Hyderabad we visit every day? It is suspicious that. Telugu dubbing dialogues are well suited for this movie.

These dialogues given by Aditya Haasan of 90s web series fame are famous as well as trending dialogues along with the use of some meme references which are very relatable to the youth. It is interesting to create some dialogues in Telugu which are not in Malayalam. But Kerala tried to change the backdrop of Tamil Nadu to Telugu states and then it seems that they gave up again. It would have been better if a little care had been taken in that regard. Akash Joseph Varghese’s editing is good. Fahad Fazil’s production values are good.
