Ooru Peru Bhairavakona Movie Review: Young hero Sandeep Kishan has been working hard for a proper, massive success for years. If Dhanush played a character in this year’s ‘Captain Miller’… that movie flopped in Telugu. Sandeep Kishan said that the Pan India film ‘Michael’ was made last year with many expectations and was a flop.

It has been a long time since he had solid success on his account. This Friday he came to the audience with ‘Ooru Prama Bhairavakona’. The film is directed by VI Anand and produced by Rajesh Danda, presented by Anil Sunkara. Paid premieres were held two days before the release. The team expressed their happiness and the audience responded with a great response. And how was the movie? Check out the review.

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona Movie Story:

Except for going to Bhairavakona… there are no people who came out alive from that village. Basava (Sandeep Kishan), John (Viva Harsha), and Agraharam Geeta (Kavya Thapar) go to the village to escape from the police. Actually, Basava is a stuntman. He meets Bhumi (Varsha Bollamma) and falls in love. For her, she steals the girl’s jewelry at a wedding for her good people.

What conditions did Basava face when he went to Bhairavakona? What did Peddamma (Vadivukkarasi), Rajappa (Ravi Shankar) and Dr. Narappa (Vennela Kishore) do there? What is the history of Bhairavakona? What does that angle have to do with the four missing pages in the Garuda Purana? Did Basava and the gang survive Bhairavakona? Or? You have to watch the movie to know.

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona Movie Analysis:

Director VI Anand has made horror films with supernatural elements like ‘Ekkadiki Potavu Chinnavada’ and ‘Okka Kasam’ and received success. As such, expectations were created about the movie with the promotional images of ‘Uru Parama Bhairavakona’. Getting millions of views for songs composed by Shekhar Chandra is a plus. And how was the movie? If you see…

VI Anand is the director of Strength and Weakness of ‘Uru Prama Bhairavakona’. There are supernatural/horror/thriller/comedy moments that audiences expect from him. Till the interval, VI Anand’s magic worked out to some extent. After that, the story lost its strength. Missed the magic of VI Anand. The adventurous thriller movie turned out to be a routine love story.

The story written by Bhanu Bhogavarapu, the world of Bhairavakona created by director VI Anand with that story is astonishing. At the beginning of the movie, they showed the village and got interested. Later, although the introduction of the hero and heroines was simple… the movie was lost with those songs and comedy scenes. Vennela Kishore, Viva Harsha’s comedy laughs after entering Bhairavakona. The behavior of other characters is curious. Interval Bang is good. After that, all the interest slowly fades away after the actual Sisalu story.

In the movie ‘Uru Parama Bhairavakona’, the interest that occurs while introducing the characters is not present when the story goes on. A hero is risking his life for a girl… we think how strong love is! Those flashback episodes don’t have that much depth. No emotion worked out there. And the scenes where he wants to exorcise demons reminded me of Srinu Whitela’s movies. Interval Bang is not new either.

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona Movie Actors and Technical Performance:

Sandeep Kishan did justice to the role of Basava. Scenes in ‘Vennela’ Kishore and Viva Harsha combo and the timing of both of them is superb. Brahmaji was also impressed with his comedy timing. Varsha Bollamma is okay as Bhumi. But, there is no strength in the scenes written by her. Kavya Thapar cannot be said to be a heroine. They looked as beautiful as they were. Played a key role in the story. Ravi Shankar, Vadivakkarasi, Jayaprakash, and others have done it according to the scope of their roles.

VI Anand got a good output from the technical team. Shekhar Chandra’s songs became chartbusters before the release of the film. The background music is also good. The cinematography and visual effects are good. Construction values are high.

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona Movie Review:

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona

Adventurous, Fantasy, Thriller
The story idea of 'Ooru Paru Bhairavakona' is good. But the love between the main hero and heroine in that story and their relationship lacks strength. There is no grip on the narrative. With the scenes that happened before the interval, there is suspense in the world of Bhairavakona to see what will happen next. But after the interval, it was so disappointing.
